Effective March 12, 2012, the Veterinary Specialty Center of Delaware (VSCD) announces the resignation of Evelyn Galban, DVM, Practice Limited to Neurology. VSCD appreciates Dr. Galban?s care of clients and patients, and wishes her well in her future endeavors.
