CT Scanning

CT (Computed Tomography) imaging is of great help in the diagnosis of many diseases, including nasal disease, facial/skull swelling, ear disease, bone and spinal problems, joint disease such as elbow dysplasia, screening for certain lung diseases, and planning for some cancer surgeries.  Our CT program is overseen by board certified radiologists to ensure the highest quality scans, and anesthesia is carefully monitored. Our CT facility is used for both in-house cases and outpatient referrals from other veterinarians.  Referring veterinarians can click here for a downloadable 2 page CT referral form.

MRI

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is another diagnostic tool which can create even finer pictures using magnetic fields of hydrogen atoms within the body. A magnet linked to a computer is used to create images of the body's internal tissues and organs.  Referring veterinarians can click here for a downloadable 2 page MRI referral form.
