Emergencies happen.  And when they do, it's nice to know that high-level emergency services are readily available.  The Veterinary Specialty Center of Delaware houses a 24-hour-a-day, state-of-the-art emergency hospital/intensive care unit.

From trauma, accidents, and sudden illness, to middle-of-the-night emergencies for a pet with a chronic ailment, our dedicated emergency doctors and nurses are expertly prepared to handle any emergency.  Once your pet is admitted, we keep you fully involved at all stages, with routine updates on your pet's condition and opportunities to visit.  We communicate with your veterinarian, working hand-in-hand to determine the best course of action once your pet is stabilized.

For area veterinarians, we offer weekend transfer services, providing after-hours hospitalization for pets in need of constant monitoring, with diagnostics and surgical facilities readily available.
